Tuna Tartare

Tuna Tartare with organic avocado, radish, sprout beans Topped with Balsamic Vinegar Reduction.

New Zealand Steamed Mussels

Mussels in a white wine and garlic sauce served with Portuguese bread.

Lobster Bisque Soup

Homemade soup.


Main Course

Jumbo Shrimp with Lobster Ravioli

Sautéed Jumbo Shrimp in a sage butter sauce served with Lobster Ravioli .

Surf and Turf (Mar e Terra)

Filet Mignon and Lobster Tail, Topped with Chef’s homemade Dijon Mustard sauce served with Gold Yukon Mashed potatoes and Asparagus.

Chilean Sea Bass

 Pan seared Chilean Sea Bass served with capers sauce, Gold Yukon Mashed Potatoes and String beans.

T-Bone Steak

Grilled to perfection T-Bone Steak Topped with Chef’s homemade Bordelaise sauce served with Mashed Golden Yukon Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts .



Homemade Chocolate Mont Lava Cake

Warm chocolate cake served with Vanilla Ice cream.
